Return Eligibility

Refurbished Products

All refurbished products sold by Sasta Bajar are quality tested before dispatch.

Minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches may be present and does not qualify as a defect unless specifically stated otherwise.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping
